How we will work together

From my experience, I recommend a minimum of 8 sessions because it allows enough time to address your challenges, build on your strengths, and create lasting change.

I will work with you for 8 weeks through a weekly one hour session (phone/video call or face-to-face meeting), scheduled at your convenience.

The format of the eight hours is as follows:

  • Session 1: We discuss, in depth, your family context and the challenges you face.
  • Session 2: We consider all of your strengths and what is currently working in your situation.
  • Session 3: Based on your core values, we develop your vision for your preferred future.
  • Sessions 4 – 7: Using your strengths and those of your family, we co-construct one or two practical action steps per week.  These steps are designed to move you towards realising your vision.
  • Session 8: We review the coaching process and discuss how to sustain the progress made.

If desired, a follow-up email after each coaching session is included.  This will summarise the key points we discussed and remind you of the action steps you intend to implement before the next coaching session.

One parent may take advantage of parent coaching or couples can participate together.

  • Practical Action: Over the next four sessions (4-7), we’ll co-create small, actionable steps each week that align with your vision.
  • Sustained Progress: With regular check-ins and adjustments, we ensure steady momentum towards your goals.
  • Final Reflection: The 8th session will focus on reviewing your journey, reflecting on progress made, and discussing how to continue the positive changes independently.
  • Ongoing Support: After each session, you’ll receive a follow-up email summarising key points and reminding you of your next steps, helping to keep you on track.

Pricing Structure

Before we start working together, we will have a free 30 minute consultation to make sure that parent coaching is right for you.

Packages for 8 Sessions in Advance

  • One instalment of € 400 (€ 50 per hour)
  • Two instalments of € 220 (€ 55 per hour)

Pay As You Go

  • € 60 per hour-long session

Subsidy scheme

I provide reduced rate coaching to a quota of clients for whom finances are an issue.  Please email me in confidence with an outline of your circumstances to see if I can accommodate you in this way.
